How much does it cost to get a key programmed? Is the dealer the only one who can do it? Thanks.

Only the dealer can program it to start your car. Price is per dealer, mine cost $25. Note you must have all keys with you when you have it program.

The dealer i went to told me that it's a possibility that it could be programmed, also it would run around $75. That's why i'm no longer going to that dealership. But from what i understand it shouldn't be no more than 1/2hr labor($35-$45)

I went to a Nissan dealer. He did it for $40 US.

Infiniti dealer quoted $67, Nissan dealer did it for $25. Bring all your keys.
