i finally changed my dash lights on my 2007 sentra
close up of a gauge with the lights. in real life they are a tad bit deeper blue color but this is close enough.
The red circles are the lights i changed to the blue
this is what the center round display looks like taken apart, i bet if the orange piece was to be replaced by a blue one it would be blue, although the lights behind it would need to be changed also, they emit a orange light as well. 
i may change this in the future.
i will post pics tonight of what it looks like.

but you can adjust your needle to stay above or below the real speed your going... " what officer? i was going how fast?... but my speedometer says...."
