  My sr20de has 164k miles on my car, to many 4 turbo??? 8:14 AM 3/18/2008

Basically my topic says it all.

Its a 95 200sx ser. The owner before me was a girl The car runs strong and was well taken care of (her dad was a mechanic)..Should i check anything before i turbo it??

Or do i do internals or should i just get a new motor?

Get it compression tested.

If it runs strong and checks out, have at it!

my nx2k had 154k & we boosted that baby hard. 14psi on a t25. the oil pump gave out on me at the track & spun a rod. go for it.

Yeah just do a compression test, i turbo'd mine at 106k miles. Runs like champ.

comp test should be 160-70s 150s on a de is pretty worn
