It depends on the intake too. Some with plastic intake will weight.Without tranny VQ30DE weights 330lb. VQ35DE is lighter and weights about 15lb less.

That weight is with motor mounts. Minus 10 LB if you take out the mounts. More to lose if you take out the cast iron exhaust manifolds and use stainless steel.

yeah i would say approximately 300 with out mounts or exhaust manifolds. i was supprised at how light it was me and my brother barely had to put any effort what so ever to lift it to put it on the engine stand... way nicer then his 408 windsor for his capri, or my dads 600 cid big block. no chance that your gonna be lifting that.
