Question about VLSD upgrade to s14, auto with ABS.

I am planning on swapping a s14 Silvia VLSD into my 95. As it says in the title my car is an automatic with ABS. From what I understand this shouldn't matter, but I want to make sure. I've seen it noted that the VLSD's are different on skylines depending on if they have ABS due to having room for the ABS sensor. Haven't seen anything about silvias. Any insight would be greatly appreciated.I will be swapping this to a manual at some point, but I am going to wait til I do an SR swap and just do it all at once.

I was at a meet last year and i remember a guy that had a S13 Coupe telling me that he put a VLSD in from a 240 that had ABS , and he was having issues with the driveshaft. I guess from the diff being a little bit longer or shorter or something? I cant remember the details.

Hmmm I called an importer that had one up on ebay and he said there was an ABS sensor on the unit where the drive shaft attaches.

He said that theres a few issues with putting a ABS VLSD in a Non ABS 240. The driveshaft will fit extra tight , it will transmission shift funny , and will be noisy. He said he's ruined a transmission before. Something with the yoke or a collar thats in the way.

Cool, yeah I talked to this dude at jhot imports and he said there was an ABS sensor in the diff so I need to find a VLSD with ABS. Thanx for checkin it out for me man.
