My Wife is CRAZY!!!

Last weekend my wife and I were bombing down a highway in Florida approaching an entrance ramp onto I75. My wife is driving my Q and I am playing passenger. A couple of kids in a current style Mustrange GT pull in front of us and slows down, forcing my wife to brake, and then takes off. I said "They want to play, go after them." And to my suprise, she does.

This entrance ramp has a fairly sharp turn in with an increasing radius making a 270 degree turn into a long merge lane. A realy nice ramp.

As the Mustange brakes to enter the turn my wife WAY out brakes them and drops the gear box to 2and. As they accerate, they drift away from the apex and wifey dear cuts inside of them and passes them at the apex!! Througout the second half of the turn she has the tail out in a slight overstear and I can feel the limited slip trying to control the inside rear tire.

She bangs third and exits the ramp doing at least 130. The only thing she said is, "The tires could use some air."

I bet she scared that Mustange driver because she scared the wits out of me!!

I'll never say "Go after them." again.

That is one awesome story! My girlfriend doesn't know the difference between a bumper and a fender. Get that woman some air in those tires! This type of behavior must be encouraged!

Yes, wifey dear is cool. She used to be chief of tech for one of the SCCA regions. Now her attention is devoted to German Shepherds. She runs a German Shepherd Rescue that places about 200 GSDs a year (yes, that's allot). This is why I have two GMC Safari vans in my home fleet. Now she is in PA attending dog shows.

Off ramps are usually not cloverleafs in the US except for Gen 1 interstates, most of which have been redesigned.
