Thank you for posting the service manual PDFs. I am trying to access the M35 2007 em.pdf file and will not open. I noticed that it is only 4k which indicates it did not upload correctly. Would you be able to re-upload. Much appreciated and great website. I am a newbie but have already gotten a ton of value.

Hmmm ... I will have an Admin look into this. Thanks for the info.

Please try this and see if it works better:

try doing a "right click/save" onto your computer rather than loading the files directly into Acrobat. This seems to work better for our tests for some reason. (I still have not checked this one file out, by the way, but ...)

Okay, I think that this file is still not right ... as you noted, it is only 4kbyte in size. This is simply too small, so I will find out about getting it replaced.

Thanks for the post!

Have you tried a "Right click/save" rather than loading directly into your browser/Acrobat? That seems to be a problem for some people (we tested with others too).

Of course, em.pdf is corrupted in the 2007 files. We are trying to find a clean copy of that (I don't have the 2007 files on my computer, unfortunately). In the meantime, I would recommend using the 2006 em.pdf file since that should be close enough.

Hi,

If necessary, you may try Advanced PDF Repair at http://www.datanumen.com/apdfr/ This tool is rather useful in salvaging damaged PDF documents. Hope this still can help.

Unfortunately, this will not help. That particular file is cut short ... beyond repair.

I am just waiting a bit longer before I spend the $20 bucks again to go to the official site and get the files again ... to make sure that the 2008 files are there first!

There is a program which is able to help in this complicated situation. It owns many other facilities such as restoring data after power failures, virus attacks. pdf recovery has features allowing to solve out problems with corrupted or lost pdf documents.

I can see someone joining specifically to ask for a file to be fixed, so I'm looking past the single first post by the OP (especially since this fo9um doesn't send notification e-mails, so the OP has no reason to know he has been responded to at all if he doesn't check pretty regularly), but I find it difficult to believe that two people would randomly find it necessary to join and recommend PDF file recovery software for a file that is 4kB when it should be 11.5MB+ (helpful people would join, dowload the file, and try to repair it with the copy of the software they already owned). Without even following the links to see if purchase is necessary, I'm going to go out on a limb and say those are either spambot or human spammer accounts...

I don't, I think i got one once. Prior to that I recall posting about it and getting a response from a mod that it was something they were working on. That would have been some time ago and I could have my wires crossed, but I definitely don't get them, and I den't think it 's my profile settings, but it could be my address/server.
