If you go the the org its 20 bucks to search as a donation. And also with you being a 5.5 gen and a 3.5 it makes it a lil harder. I would deff check the org.

If you Supercharge or Turbocharge....tuning the ECU would be last...you would need proper fuel management and what not to get it running properly...I am from the org. check out: http://forums.maxima.org/forum...&f=38 check the the FAQs before anything.

turbo would be awesome with more options down the road, but with low boost, and the fact you don't want to tune it often, a SC would benefit you, plus with SC you have no lag..... All the power is there when you start the car. So for what you seem to want, try to find an SC which would be harder then just fabricating a turbo kit i would imagine.... i don't know though, maybe talk to some manufacturers of 350z superchargers and see what they say about slapping one on the Maxima..... Good luck and let us know what you find out!

Well unless its a positive displacement blower there is still lag so the whole s/c having no lag is not true . They still lag. Turbo;s do take more to fabricate but in the end have more power per psi. Also the turbo doesnt take power to make power the s/c does. In the end its completely up to the owner on what route to go. I have one of each but to be honest i will have 2 turbo cars by then end of next year.
