i have a rb25det that just got to my house and i gave it a good cleaning and replaced the head gasket and valve springs/ retainers and ive paired it with a custom turbo manifold and a garrett t3/t4 turbo to get more power. my only problem is that i dont know what size of fuel injectors would be best to run, or if their is any alternative to the side feed injectors, it would be nice to figre out a fuel rail system where i could use top feed inkectors instead, please help me any help will be greatly apreciated, and ill put up pics as soon as i get it done.

There are top feed injector rails for the RB25 made by the big manufacturers. Keep in mind that a top feed rail will require new fuel supply line(s) and fittings along with a new FPR and new return line.

Most top feed injectors are low-impedence and require a resisitor box to make them appear as high impedence to the ECU to operate properly. There are large side feeds that you can buy that work well with the stock fuel rail. Do you know what size you need?

as for the fuel rail, if it becomes a better route for cost, and power ill just fab one from aluminum and send it to be anodized, but i dont know what injectors i need to use with the upgrades i am planning, they seem to only come in 550 and 850cc and if i were to use universal top feed injectors they come rated in lbs not cc and i dunno if thats a direct conversion, i would appreciate any further help

Hit up http://www.deatschwerks.com

Theyre a very reputable company and can help you decide on which size to go with. They also make drop in injectors for RB25s.

My advice, is buy bigger injectors then you think you will need. That way in the future you will have some headroom.

My last motor (non-rb) I went through two sets because I did not plan ahead well.
