I fall into Nissan's intended target market pretty well, so label me a number.

I'm 30, training and racing (national team) takes up most of my time.

Looking for a car that is big enough to travel to races, carry gear, maybe sleep in overnight once in awhile.

Minivans and Suvs, way too big me to use, and mileage is super important since I travel to the training area 2 or 3 times a day, every day.

I think, well I'm hoping the Rogue will strike that useful balance, otherwise i'll have to opt for something like a civic or mazda 3 and lose the space.

As a side note, test drove the new civic yesteday and while it's a great car, I couldn't stand the acreage of cheap looking and feeling plastic interior. I really like the Rogues Interior (although both the leather and cloth seats look rather cheap as well. Feel good though)

Hey my wife is about due for an Optometrist’s visit (I don't have any vision issues personally) -- you should PM her w/ where you work, I don't think she has a regular person right now (just whoever is working that day at whatever shop she chooses).

Congrads on the new car !

If you see a Venom Red SL AWD w/ a beautiful brunette driving around town– that would be my wife. I drive a pretty non-descript storm grey ’06 Pathfinder the only thing really noticeable is that I took the “PATHFINDER” lettering off of the roof racks BUT Nissan also took of this lettering for ’08 on all of them….so the little change I made to their style back in ’06 right after I bought it is getting a bit more common! Give us a wave if you see us!

What is your age/sex -- 39 male

Occupation -- IT

Other vehicles you own -- Honda Odyssey Minivan, Nissan Xterra (traded in for Rogue)

Interesting fact/hobby -- look at my screen name

Rogue model purchased/planned to purchase -- AWD SL black

Interesting observation: My Dad got a loaner car from the Lexus dealer - a RX350. I parked my Rogue next to it yesterday and damn if they aren't almost exactly the same size and style. Lexus is a tad taller. The biggest difference is the price - almost twice as much for the Lexus! And at best it gets 22mpg. My Dad likes my Rogue better.

And I just don't get these people still buying huge SUVs. Don't they know we're at peak oil? $100 a barrel is almost here and it's going up from there.

I find it a little funny that my wife blasted me for posting for her...then didn't even edit out the "Wife's car" in the last line

I am planning on buying a Rogue, but I might wait a bit, just to see if they start adding incentives/rebates. I also might wait for 2009 to see if they put in a navi system, which I would really like.

I am a male in my mid-30s, federal employee.

I currently have a 2001 Infiniti QX4, a 92 Maxima and a 94 GMC diesel 4x4. I have owned 8 Nissans total, starting with my first car that was a 72 Datsun 510.

I have a lot of hobbies, including hiking, photography and playing basketball.

I plan on getting a Gotham Gray SL AWD Rogue with the premium package to replace the QX4. The primary reason is MPG. I love the QX4, but it gets 14-17 mpg and requires premium fuel. I live in an area that can get pretty extreme weather and I live on a hill, so AWD/4wd is fairly important.

I test drove a CR-V, RAV4 and a Rogue and I found the Rogue the best driving of the three and had the best features for the money. I really like the Intelligent Key and the HID lights.

Plan on trading in the WRX for an Indigo Blue or maybe Black(haven't decided yet) SL with premium package, leather and moonroof.

I was thinking of a Honda CR-v but after checking out the Rogue that made up my mind. Much better looking than the Honda, I've owned Hondas, had a CRX-Si when they first came out and drove it for 8 Years without any problems but I like the standard equipment and the looks of the Rogue better looks a lot more sporty. My wife will be happy, she doesn't drive a stick and now she'll be able to borrow my car sometimes also.

Oh, BTW, I saw that MotorWeek on PBS will be reviewing the Rogue on this Saturdays show.

I got targeted--and hit...

What is your age/sex?I'm a male turning 26 in January.

Occupation?Trade Support at a hedge fund administrator.

Other vehicles you own? My first car was an '05 Scion tC 5MT; last November I bought an '07 Altima 2.5S, and then this May I traded the tC in (was fully paid off) for an '07 350Z Touring 6MT, but I am looking to go back to school, and can't keep paying for two cars+insurance, so I sold the Altima and traded the Z in for my Rogue!

Interesting fact/hobby?Parents had a Murano that I absolutely loved, but the gas gulping nature of the beast plus the fact that it's such a big car completely took it off the list of cars I considered when I decided to go back to school. Other cars I considered were the Altima 3.5SE coupe w/Xtronic (need to share the car, so no more stick), the EX35 or the Evo X, but I decided this was the most economical choice, and don't regret it one bit!

Rogue model purchased/planned to purchase?Indigo Blue SL/Black Leather interior, fully loaded with everything, except the roof rail crossbars, the moonroof deflector and the rear spoiler--but I'm thinking about picking up the spoiler.
