  QX56. my worst experience..

I live in California and I bought QX56 6 months ago(a used one 2004). I think I made a mistake back then.
After 2 months I purchased that vehicle,
brake didn't work so I almost had a car accident. Then I took the vehicle to infiniti and they checked my car but they said everything looks fine so I had to bring it back. After 1 week, same thing happened again and I had trouble with brakes.
I took it to infiniti again and that time, they plugged my car to their computer and fixed my brake. They didn't even say sorry.

It's been 6 months and and I thought I need to change the oil so I went to infititi. Somehow one guy said it's time to do a full service.(it's weird because it's been 6 months after I purchased my car). By the way, they were so nice when I bought the car but now.. you know.... They kept telling me they're busy so decide if I want the service or not. They also said "do not expect your car to last long if you do not do this service." I felt it was unfair since I drove it for only 6 months. But I told them to do the service and paid 500 dollars.(If anyone wants to take a look at the paper of their work let me know) Basically they did the full service and checked my car. At least that's what they said.

I drove my car down to Los Angeles because I was having a concert there.(I'm a singer in a band and working as a composer in a company called CROWN in west hollywood). Guess what happened. Car just stopped on the 101 freeway. Engine suddenly turned off and car just died.(So many people yelled at me.) I called a tow company and i had to wait 7 hours to get to my concert. Of course the concert was canceled. I don't want to think about it. Producer got so mad and my manager had to pay for all the tickets. So I went to infiniti and yelled at them. Guess what happened. They didn't even say sorry. They said anything can happen to anyone. They told me to come back on monday and they'll try to find out what happened to my car.

8/20 Monday- they couldn't find out the problem yet
8/21 Tuesday-not yet
8/22 wednesday-working on it
8/23 thursday-didn't call me

8/24 Friday-they called me in the morning and told me to come and get the back.
I went there and asked them why my car died on the freeway and they said it was the battery.
I told them they did the service 2 days before that happened and guess what they said.
"even though we did the service you drove that car for 2 days. So something might have happened in 2 days."
I was shocked because they never said sorry.

whoever read my story, please tell me if there's anything i can do. that's 2004 QX56 infitini.
Previous owner leased the car for 2 years. that's what they said.
Previous owner had same brake problem and fixed it too.

Did you have your brake problem solved?

If not, it is an easy fix, I had the same problem with my 04. It drove me crazy and it is an Infiniti warranty problem. The pads they installed are to small to stop the truck. They replaced my pads 3 times for free.

When I had my '04 QX56 they not only replaced the pads, but they also replaced the rotors with I believe a slightly larger rotor. The old rotors could not handle the vehicle. The result was the rotors constantly warping and eating up pads. After the fix I did not have any problems and Infiniti also extended my brake warranty to a lifetime brake warranty. I also received free scheduled maintenance for 4 years/48,000 miles (free oil changes and tire rotations).
