I'm trying to start this (maybe even get a sticky) everyone that has modded the exterior of your altima coupe post a pic and explain the mod, it may help others who want to know what a certain mod will look like w/o doing it themselves lol :-)

*trying to just have one really good picture of each mod (anything small or big flies, just something you have done to make your ride "different")

Here is the full color lineup if you would like to see them also:DARK SLATERADIANT SILVERPRECISION GREYAZURE/ADRIATIC BLUECODE REDWINTER FROSTSUPER BLACK

At this point the main, most significant, and IMO most necessary exterior modification is going to be WHEELS. So please post them if you gottem.

When available the next thing I would like to see is a mild dropped altima coupe - the sock ride height seems way too high - and this is from a guy that wouldn't ever drop a car.

Anyone know what is up with the solid 6-spoke wheels in the pics above. All of the 3.5 Coupes that I have seen had the split 6-spoke wheels and I thought the 2.5's were 5 spoke.

According to what I'm reading on the nissan site, they look like they would be 16" that come with a Coupe with the convenience package...

Or - they could be the standard steel wheel with bolt on wheel cover.

OK now - who out there in Altima Coupe land has hub caps, come on speak up

Here are the wheel options - EXTERIOR 2.5 BASE1 2.5 S 3.5 SE 3.5 SL HYBRID

Went a little out of the box on the wheel choice for a Slate Coupe. Everybody in So Cal seems to have Chrome on their car, even Mini Vans. Black or Gun Metal was the choice. Black is also being played out, but still looks good. I went w/ Gun Metal; they look sporty + not too many w/ this car/wheel color combo

I posted a few pics on car domain link below. Like the Coupe they look better in person. Also like the Nissan Slate color, the wheel color changes based on the light conditions

Thanks for the compliments. To be honest, we were a little nervous on how they would look, as I have never seen to many painted dark grey wheels and never on a Slate colored car. We were very happy w/ the result and glad we went that direction.

To answer your question regarding the size of the wheels; I did a lot of research and the 18" wheels fit our needs the best. We bought the car for my wife's everyday car and a weekend road trip car. We wanted a car that looked sporty and one that was fun to drive. The #1 priority in chosing the new wheels was performance and #2 was looks. We didn't want to compromise the performance for looks. We actually spent as much on tires as the wheels for this reason. IMO the 18" wheel is perfect for the 3.5 SE. To each their own on what they are looking for out of their car w/ the balance between performance and looks.

I am no expert on car mods and to be honest my only mod before this car was tined windows. I am assuming that I can lower my car a tad to elimenate some of the extra space if needed, as long as it doesn't compromise the driving performance of the car. Anybody w/ lowering advise would be much appreciated .....peace

Blow dryer on each badge for about 1-2min then use dental floss to loosen off then slowly rip em off it should be no problem, use a wet rag to get the excess glue off if need be
