I don't believe so. There are shared (R200, R200V differential) and interchangeable (brakes, hubs, subframes, etc) parts. But concerning entire chassis or platforms, I would think not. The closest by virtue of size would have been the R32-33 (based on a larger family sedan, with some shortened into coupes). The only other RWD-based vehicles of that era were the J/M30 (a larger luxury-oriented vehicle, possibly based on a sedan), the Q45 (obviously not), The Laurel (see comments on the Q45), and the Z31/32 (larger, wider coupe). Things are different now, however, where it seems like everything is based on the G35 platform.
Anyway, take this with a grain of salt, as this is my best guess, based on what I know about those vehicles. But I don't think platform sharing became the thing to do until Renault took over.
Bonus: S13s and S14s have chassis codes of just that: S13 and S14. As discussed in many a thread and FAQ, all of the other letters of the alphabet soup denote variations of S13 and S14 base (body style, engine type, HICAS, etc).
