I was giving a friend a ride home the other day at about 5am he told me to punch it up this hill. I think i was really tired tired cause i actually listened to him got to the top of the hill and it was a dead end. I cut hard to the right but there was a huge curb in the middle of the street. To make a long story longer i hit it really hard on the left front tire. Hard enough that buddy hit his head on the roof and complained about it. There is a scratch on the tire and the rim and the steering feels a tiny tiny tiny bit different.

Anyhow i am taking it to a shop to get it looked at what should i tell them to look for? what kind of damage do you think i might have done?

The same thing happened to me a couple of days ago. I was giving my friend a ride home at around 2 am. I was tired so I wanted to drop him of and get home quickly, unfortunately, I was a little throttle happy coming out of a turn and the next thing you know my entire front end was on the sidewalk!!! The steering does feel different, but not that much. My friend told me it was no big deal and to just get the alignment checked. Is he right or do I have to go deliver a swift kick to his nuts?

Your friend egged you on to punch it up the hill, you hit a curb and damage your car, and he complains about a sore head. You need to give him a real reason to complain.

if your going to drive like that, do it with another car please. Your punching it and you odnt even know where your punching it. You might need a new tire/tires. You definately need an alignment.
