welcome to NICO. diagnosing over the internet is risky, since we only have what you write to go on, as opposed to seeing and driving the car.

You will get more insightful replies by providing detailed history, recent changes, and recent events or work performed on your car.

for this one, it would help to know the mileage, maintenance history (as complete as possible, going back 3 years or more), when the last time you installed the correct rated battery (group 24F, >100 minutes RC (reserve capacity)), what is the pedigree of your alternator (is it a nissan OEM, or some aftermarket junk)? measure the battery voltage after it sits overnight, measure it while cranking the engine, measure it again right after engine start, then after 5 minutes, then again with full complement of electrical accessories on and engine idling.

make sure battery terminal connectoions are clean and tite.problem is likely an upset of the TCU or 'transmission control module'. often brought on by stress of a mal-performing electrical system.

it could also be a real problem in the transmission, and running the transmission diagnostic (you posted a code from the engine computer, not the trans computer)may point to a failed component.

what is the condition of the ATF? compare new from bottle dex-III on a white paper towel side by side with what comes off your AT dipstick.does the transmission shift smoothly and at the correct speed on 1-->2,2-->3, 3-->4, lockup, 4-->3,4-->2, and 3-->2? if not, what precisely does it do?
