While you're waiting for responses do a search. Another member recently had a similar problem with a 90-93 >>> 94-96 (or vice versa) engine swap. If I can find the thread I'll post it up. Good luck.

The harnesses, as you're discovering, don't match up. AZHitman is the only guy recently who has done it successfully, and it was no fun. I think you're gonna have to get the specifics from him. You're gonna need two harnesses and then splice the correct connectors into one of them.

Actually he ended up getting the proper 94-95 motor!

honestly, i sent him the wiring diagram from the 94 and he has one from the 90, im not sure what else he needs??

Factory Service Manual. I'm really hoping you have one, if you're doing an engine swap.  You've found a missing part of the NICO body of knowledge. No one has ever posted step-by-step instructions for matching-up the harnesses and solving the other mismatch issues. Sorry. Two or three posters have tried it, but AFAIK no one ever came back to tell us exactly if and how he accomplished it. We do know that it's a nasty PIA.
