I'm working on swap right now and need a suggestion on diff fluid. Some say 75W-90 and others say 80W-90. Mobil 1 synthetic gear oil only comes in 75W-90. Valvoline makes synthetic blend 80W-90. I live in TX. What should I get? Thanks in advance.

Either one is fine. You can use the synthetic for a little extra measure of protection, but the weights are near identical.

the nissan service manuals calls for 80w-90 weight. It really doesnt make too much of a difference but i would just use what nissan calls for. I used lucas oil 80-90 in mine.
