HI everybody, today Im going to do a write up on how to open a package full of NICO pride. First off you need to order your item:

When you arrive home to an awaiting package, it should look a lil' something like this:

First things' first.. always confirm the package is yours and who its from:

Next locate the top of the package:

Carefully cut through the taped seam where the two box flaps meet:

*please use the minimum amount of blade possible to keep from slicing into the packaged items(thanks florida), or just be very precise with how far you "stick it in."

Always remember to cut AWAY from you; safety first

. .. ...and the moment of truth couldnt have come any sooner, unfold the flaps and make sure all your item/s are not missing or damaged:

Than.. proudly display:

____________________________________________________________

Needed items:

1 - un-opened package, containing something NICO based. 1 - box knife, or other tool with a decent blade edge:

****COMING UP SOON****

Dont let me dissappoint you now.. here soon there will be part #2 with:

"How To, Write-up: Properly applying your NICO window banner.

LOL very nice thread. However the blade was out too much, you could of cut the banner. I open most of the packages at work with a pencil/pen..... Unless it's a repack then got to use a knife...

I've learned the trick of opening boxes by pushing in on the box and slip ur finger in from there, but looks like u can't do that w/ this box cuz there's a gripload of tape!

I think daconkiftador earns a Custom Title!

funny as hell write up. but im confused, it looks like you stuck it to your door?? that doesnt really help rep nico, unless some random hooker you bring home is into nissans.

I haven't gotten my banner yet, hopefully it comes soon. Did it come USPS? Just wondering who I should look out for.

Why would you get pulled over for having that on your windshield, as long as it's in the top portion of the windshield I don't see why you would get pulled over.

+1 for random hookers, but the dilemma is that my windshields' out of my car right now, so I just taped it to the door for the time being(but now its back in the box so it doesnt get damaged).

Im pretty sure it came in thru USPS, but i wasnt here when it was dropped off.

If it comes down farther then 6" from the top of the windshield, it is deemed illegal in almost all states.

GEO you have an illegal motor, many of us have cars that are legally to low, and quite a few with exhausts that are too loud...

do you really need 3 posts to point out that a windshield banner can technicaly be illegal and will attract police attention?

There are tons of cars that run banners, and do just fine...You warned him once you don't need to keep coming back with how illegal it is to have a decal on your windshield.

yeah I already know this, and I actually beleive there are lil "arrows" on the inside of your windshield(both sides) that show exactly how far the legal limit really is.

Either way, ive already got window tint thats over the legal limit, so im not worried about "trying to keep things legal." This is good info for people just browsing the thread tho.

but if anyone still has a problem with how big it is, complain to the people who made it not me, because I just ordered it, I didnt come up with the dimensions.

Jesus christ, I am just trying to help a member out and look out for you guys. If you have illegl stuff already, you are just asking for a cop to pull you over. I keep my car stock looking for a reason, I just don't like the hassle. Knock on wood, I have never been troubled, I just don't want anything to give the cop a reason to pull me over or hassle me. BTW, YES, I need 3 post to point it out, because sometimes people over read things. If you are going to just troll it up, don't post.
