Welcome to our club.

There are no after market headlamp units per se, but some members are retrofitting the BMW 5 series units as you will see in another thread.

Have you tried polishing the galss lenses with Barkeep's Friend or Bon Ami?

You could get new ones from http://www.infinitpartsusa.com as most used ones are chipped or scratched because most don't armor them like offered at http://www.stongard.com .

By the way, most of us are not blind, so not "shouting" with the CAPS KEY locked is much appreciated.

If the insides are getting fogged, take the bulbs out and let them air out, if its really bad take a hair dryer to them...

I had limited success in polishing out some minor defects in the headlights using the method described in this thread. zerothread?id=190531

This method will only remove really minor surface problems... but, it can't hurt. Plus, while you're at it, you can polish up all the plastic on the car. Trust me, you'll be pleased with the results.

I didn't even look... but, I'd guess it's about 4.2 million dollars for the headlight assembly new from dealership.

They go for about $80 shipped on eBay. Keep an eye on eBay and you'll find one in good shape.
