thats the BEST news ive heard in a long time! when i first started modding, they were the first "well-rounded" site i found. they carried the best variety of parts for the max i could find at the time (like 5 yrs ago). they were good for small orders under $100 but only if the items were in stock. their cust. serv. was AWFUL!!!! then about 4 weeks before nopi this past year i put in an order around $1,500 for various parts from custom enterprise. you would think with an order like that you would get decent service, but not so. i went round & round with their team and finally got the rest of my parts like 3 weeks AFTER nopi!!!! then they even told me that i was no longer allowed to do business with their company!! WTF??

i've never had trouble with them. most of my mods came from them. i dealt with tony in the beginning, then jose, then nick. they all treated me great. i think they thought it was funny cause i was hooking up my pizza delivery car. this sucks!

They still owe us a substantial sum of money...

I hope my trust has not been misplaced.

Well, seems some were able to send in orders on the 24th/25th so I guess they are still around. Of course, none of those guys are receiving eMails from anyone concerning the orders. Yes, the site is still down too.

well, i have never dealt with tony...but i did do ALOT of dealing with jose and nick and they SUCK!!! nobody would ever except responsibility for our orders and they just kept passing it off on each other, which got pretty old really quick. even when the struts were finally delivered they didnt come with the red adjusting rings. you would never believe all the **** we had to go through to get everything straightened-out....which took about 2 months!!

custom enterprise is only 30 minutes drive from where I live. I'd rather go down there myself and pick up parts for my car than get it shipped. Im surprised the site is down. Maybe they went out of business?

yea... It seems like they went out of business imo. The site has not worked all week.

IT is true though. They did have a great amount of parts that you could not find anywhere else but I did hear a lot of issues with thier customer service and shipping times. I for one disliked how undetailed there product pages were and how high the prices were for not even OEM or branded stuff.

Basically some of the stuff on there (like cheaper under $100 items) could be found on Ebay for almost 35-50% less because some of CE's prices were jacked way up. There was no brand names so you did not know what you were getting on a lot of the stuff.

I did however love the fact you could buy some items on there Ebay never had like AE parts for your Maxima. I did like that and I did like that the prices were the same at courtesyparts.com.

most of the things that were not branded were their designs originally. for instance, the red clear tails had a custom enterprise logo located near the DOT stamp on the lights. my FSB has custommaxima.com on it and there may be more out there like the one i got from some other company, but i have not seen one like it.

custom enterprise sux sooo bad....the summer of 05 i got nearly $500 worth of stuff from them no problem came to my house in like 2days so i thought they were reliable and everything. so this past summer 06 i ordered like door sills for $120 on the week of july 4th thinking i would have them that weekend....NOPE!!! so after like 2 weeks i called they said there being designed so i called once a week until they came. they came the last week of august im like wtf? so i see the delivery guy bring them up i open them and there for a F**ing altima not a maxima soo im pissed beyond belief. they said ill get my return money in 4-6 weeks never came.....its F***ing January 11th!!! so I am going to file a legal claim with my bank and take legal concourse with my personal attorney....i guess my mom was right stop hooking up ur car and save up for a bimmer or benz or get a girl....so thats what im doing good luck ill post again when i found out something.

I went on there to order some of the Red/Clear tails and I haven't been able to get the site up for over two weeks. I also have the CustomMaxima.com FSB and a Short Throw Shifter from them. I really need to install that thing!

I guess it's time to start looking for an alternative. Any ideas? Also, the customer service was awesome for me. I got the STS super cheap because I found an old ad with no date. I told the guy about it and he said it was old but he would honor it because I was a member of Maxima.org (Who would'a thunk somethin' good would've come out of that?).

If that's the case, I'm going to be VERY displeased. I have been INFINITELY patient with them.

I just feel VERY "taken advantage of", as I extended them credit for nearly a year.

I hate to have to resort to doing things through "the system", but it looks like that's where this is headed.
