I have a a 95 s14 auto. I just purchased a s14 clip from 1998 clip and its on this posthttp://forums.nicoclub.com/zerothread?id=210955I am a computer geek with no wrenching experience, I have moved the new engine and transmission over into my chassis. I also moved the CLIP harness and the CLIP ECU/ECM into my chassis . Now on my FUSE box on my 95 s14 has a LOT more plugs than the harness on the sr20 has, i think it only has 2(im writing from Airport)? and they do not mate.SO after all that soap opera, i need to know,1) do i cut those connectors off and use the ones from my KA harness, if so i need the splicing guide. 2) Do i move over the fuse box from the clip into my chassis and remove mine. 3)Do i just have my head up my ***?

Congrats man, it looks like you got a pretty good score. Personally, I would install the fuse box from the clip to keep it as jdm, and as clean a swap as possible. I can't think of any problems that would cause off the top of my head, but I'm no expert yet on the sr20.I'm building a kouki notchtop like yours as we speak, to put in my 97.5 LE come april. Just got my arc fmic

Are you selling the gauge cluster and climate control? If so I will buy them, as long as you don't want a rediculous amount.

Well, If i do move the fuse box over it would support the addition of the AC unit, but i guess i will have to see what surprises lurk under the fuse box. Seems like every step i take theres another gotcha....now i know why labor is so expensive. The gauges and climate control are going in my car

Usually you dont use the part of the wiring that includes the fusebox. You should just need to splice the F3 plugs together and work with the wiper wiring a little.

That front clip seems a little older than 1998, the cluster is from a 1993-1996. If you gave me the VIN I could tell you the actual year and month it was made.

Vin tags dont tell you the year the car was made. What plaque are you referring to?
