To do this you need spray adhesive some new material- I found stuff that looks and feels just like suede for $3.95 a yard at the fabric store

Just disassemble the glove box assembly and take out the handle and lock cylinder, rip off the old crap

Spray the new material backing and spray the glove box, wait 2 minutes, spray each one again, then put them together after 2minutes make sure you pull the edges tight to minimize the wrinkles

finish covering it upThen cut out for the lock and cut a slit for the handle bacause with this material it won't stretch to the handle cavity. Then reassemble, that easy!

What type of spray adhesive and where did you get it? Oh and how many yards of material did you get? I'm gonna try this.

I used Loctite Spray adhesive which was available at the fabric store and you need less than a yard for the glove box, just follow how i sprayed it and make sure you do it all inside, and let it dry overnight so it will fully cure. Also the fabric is kind if tight but if you leave enough slack to pull at the edges and it won't be an issue. I bought every inch they had of this fabric because it's hard to find- I just made a shift boot and covered my ashtray door with it and it looks SOOO GOOD.Hope you net similar results if you have any questions feel free to ask.
