I was looking at the couple places to order a PowerFC, ebay, nengun, and any other places that sell them at a good price and noticed this

Nengun is saying on the site that Apexi is no longer making the PowerFC for the RB25 R33 and R34. What is this all about. Is one of the major tuning devices in this market disappearing? If it is true I think I will cry, as I've had my heart set on one, just no money to get it yet.

Maybe they're coming out or have come out with something better/newer? Haven't looked into them much myself so I'm just putting in my suggestion.

i ordered one from ebay from jap parts specialist and they said the same thing that apexi is no longer making them as they are coming out with something new for them in 2007, when in 07 no onee knows. thay told me they are supposed to recieve 20 of them from apexi and at the time i ordered mine 15 were sold and i got one of the last five, but they havent recieved them from apexi yet so they are back ordered on the 20 they are scedueled to get, so im not shure when i will be getting mine but like thay said most people were not lucky enough to be able to wait for one.

i got mine with the comander in english for 750.00 shipped, i hope im not getting scammed but they are a very well known and legit shop so i guess ill just play the waiting game.

Man this sucks donkey balls. I doubt the new 07' technology will be as cheap as some of the PFCs places has had them. Apexi might just force me to buy Haltech after all.

I called Apexi and they said that the RB20's and RB25's dont have the share the popularity of the RB26. So there for they are discontinuing it due to lack of sales of the item.... IDK sounds like BS to me cause plenty of ppl use that ECU on the RB20/25, its almost a MUST upgrade... Sad, very SAD.

Go to the Apex website and look under the support heading. English hand controller instructions are there.

What other options might you be considering (every one)

I been leaning to a full standalone (not plug n play), such as Haltech/Motec etc

But I am sure there is a less complicated setup ppl might go with such as the AEM EMS, but that’s if you want to fork out the Cash.

So what other engine management systems might ppl consider using?
