Yay!...Was glad to see this policy put in place!!!....but then I was just scannin' the car classifieds, and on the first page alone counted at least 25 threads with no location .
I realize it's not retroactive and some were made before the policy, but apparently not too many people read these stickies

i was wondering when somebody is selling a car can u tell them to post up the vin? so ppl can run car fax and background on the car before they purchase the car?? im just tryin to contribute to help this site stay the best!!

I actually suggested the state part like 2 years ago, and finally its in effect! No more pointless clickage...

I think the city and state should be listed, as most states other than say, MD are several hundred miles wide.
