If ever there was a car more in need of a facelift, I've never seen nor heard of it. I'm glad someone picked it up who will (hopefully) de-rice and take good care of what left the factory as a good car. I wish you luck with your conversion, and keep us updated on your progress!

The kit ships out friday from california. So i should have it in about 10 days. But in the mean time I will be doing a HVAC led conversion. I'll post pics of that and every other modification here also.

you wont be disapointed with it:only tough part i came across was unattaching a metal cable that attached to the back that gets pulled on as you adjust the slider on the front.

got alot more pics if u wanna see anything in peticular (pulled apart HVAC, led/bulb locations)

how much did you pull apart that HVAC? I did the whole job in 20 minutes and didn't need to pull much of anything apart.

After pulling it out, I just slid the two main pieces apart so I could see what sorta clearence the bulb/LED had, i realize i could have just removed the bulbs without pulling it apart, but it took me an extra 2 minutes and I was able to clean some serious dust out of mine...

edit:

FSM showed me that pushing these two tabs lets the whole thing slide apart...then I checked the clearence on the LED's till i got this:

I worked on the s15 headlights all weekend without my car handy to test. I found a small writeup (http://www.360realms.com/S13-S15/) thank you Yoshi. Although it was helpful there were a few things left out for example the colors were standard colors red black and green but there was one problem. Everyone knows the 240sx doesn't use standard color wires. So I found a complete OEM service manual for the s13 in pdf format. So ofcoarse I'll do a writeup for anyone else who plans on doing any kind of light conversion and want to know the right wire for the right function.
