Crank pulley is ASP. The intake manifold and valve cover are powercoated. Waiting to start her up is killing me

Wow that is reaallly clean. It doesn't seem like you skimped on any parts. And you've only worked on it for two months? I'm impressed. Good luck with the startup. Let us know how it runs.

Well it is pretty much non stop the last 2 months. The last 3 weeks i have been putting the engine back together (everything on engine is painted, even all the bolts and screws) and painting the engine bay. The rest of the time was taking engine apart, polishing the front cover and water outlet. I just want to drive this sucker

Thanks guys for the comments, I have worked hard on this engine because I have always wanted a engine like this. Plus, what else am I going to do while I wait on parts to show up. HE HE

VERY clean! It's nice to see yet another non-half-assed KA-T.

I really like the black and red-combo.

What are the specs for the engine build land turbo??

EDIT, I see it's on your car domain page, but you know you want to post the specs here anyway

Wow man. I'm impressed. That's some serious attention to detail. I don't even think you should put it in the car...it's to pretty.

What is that awesome oil pan addition? Was it hard to make? That's not stock, right? how much more oil capacity does it give? Is it baffled? I want one!

Beautiful engine, s14det. Very nicely done, its obvious you've taken your time with it.

Are you keeping the AC complete? I see youve got the bracket for the compressor still on the block...

More pics once its installed!

I'm keeping the A/C, it is still in the car connected to the A/C line. I did not want to refill the A/C if I did not have to. This is still a daily driver for now and I need my A/C

Well I installed my baby. You can see in the pics I wrapped her up nicely before putting her into her new home.

You can see here I got creative in protecting the turbo compressor wheel

And here it is in her new home. Now it is time to finish connecting her up.
