There was some dye in the system, prob. some stop leak to, gonna flush again b4 I put it back together, have the evap. back out, but haven't checked anything, didn't take pump off last time so maybe still stop leak and dye in system, first time there seemed to be a lot of dye in it, so gonna flush again and new expansion valve and dryer.

My low side line is cold, high side is hot, replaced expansion valve and dryer, pump is fine, problem is evaporator is not getting cold, and what is this thing in the line for the evaporator (THROTTLE EXHAUST VALVE POSSIBLY). How do I get this thing working, it's over 100 here now and I've pulled the evaporator twice. Nissan want's $513 for the evap. core, say they only have 5 left in USA and not making anymore. Any advice will be very much appreciated. *Gonna pull the evaporator again tomorrow and see if I missed anything, oh yeah, system has been converted to 134a, prob change expansion valve again just in case bad one, and new drier (every time I break a line). Anybody know of a sensor or anything on the automatic a/c system in this car that may be my problem, already checked heater hose valve and heat exchange door. I'm already hooked on this car (wanted one for a long time) and it's killing me not to be able to ride in the daytime in it.he he Should I convert back to r12 Might try it as a last resort.
