I just dug up some info from another search, it could be either
VTC solenoid,
or
fast idle engine solenoid

Ill pull the codes again tonight but there were not any last time I checked.

My problem seemed to be one sticky/noisy valve lifter, that got progessively worse the longer the car sat waiting for a new water pump, timing belt, etc. Adding the synthetic quieted it in minutes, without ever leaving the driveway. As I have read, the car sounds like a diesel this part may be the culprit. I would like to try the heavy oil trick, how much of the 20 50 should i add if this does not work, I suppose ill look into getting it replaced but I would rather not spend the money Thanks!P.S.I live right around the corner from Infiniti of Scottsdale, but they did not show the solenoid being available.
