No, but seriously... I have a 1993 Q45 Infiniti. I got it Used about 6 months ago. Great engine. The car does actually run, I have taken it for a drive. But, now either the car sat in the driveway too long and lost its charge and i need a jump start (I didn't have a license for along time and didn't want to drive without one:pface ) or the battery is just dead. Well, the mechanism to open the hood of my car is located on the driver-side door under the arm rest. The problem is, the switch is electric. And my car battery is dead. It will not pop open when I pull the switch. So, unless this is a fatal design flaw:confused....please tell me how I am supposed to open my hood when the battery dies. Please help is you can, I really like this car and I want to start driving asap. I'm only 18, but I'm sure you can understand how important your first car is to a young man. I thank you in advance for your time.
