By this little tag. This is one for a TVR. It shows the vehicle conforms to all safety standards. Plus is the officer looks at the vin he'll know that US vins have 17 digits and aren't blue. Inspection wouldn't be the least of your problem cause they are ways of getting them. I know this was directed to the OP but, I have question about Federal Legal. How would a cop even know if a car was Federal Legal or not. Also wouldn't you not be able to get a car registed if it's not Federal Legal??
