So after "finishing" my car i realized i had a fuel leak. i would leave a small puddle everywhere i went and the smell of gasoline was far worse than its ever been. (alot of 240 guys complain about this it seems)so i checked over my rubber lines and didnt appear to have any cracks. well here was the problem. Water got into the clamps of the hard lines and rusted them out up in the subframe region.a total pain in the dick.so i looked around a bit at different options, but had a time restraint because my winter daily beater (the cressida) is overheating probably due to a bad waterpump.i went to NAPA auto parts and bought 4 5ft pieces of brake line that was 5/16th diameter. bought a cheapo tube bender, and a flaring tool and went to town. now what you need the flaring tool for is to cut a tiny section of the end off to remove the brass fittings that you would use for the brake line. unfortunately i had to use two pieces with a small section of soft line connecting the two under the car. By the time you install your t28 turbo you'll have bought something else to install before you drive it. It seems to be an incessant cycle lol.I was just pointing out my observation.
