I wouldn't even waste your time with that one. You don't really know what could have happened to the car.... There are plenty of 03-05's out there in the $15-$17000 range. Most of it depends on miles, but you can find them anywhere. I'm trying to decide between an 07 Enthusiast with 4K miles which has a rebuilt title due to having interior stolen and replaced and an 03 Touring with 52 K milies. The interior of the 07 still needs a lot of work due to obviouse seat covers, numerous stains on panelling, and parts replaced with cheaper ones (like aluminum pedals and auto dimming mirror replaced with base ones).
