I made those things man! They turned out so sweet.. Cost me less than 10 bucks . Just used 3/8ths inch brake line that you can pick up from any parts store and bent it myself. I offered to loan out the tool to any of the regular ka-t guys but no one took me up on it. Check out this thread if you want some more info.
