I am a proud owner of a 07 m35x!!!!! It took me almost 2 months to find this car. I just wish they would have added an ipod jack in the tech package. I went from a TL that had one to a better M35x that doesn't have one. I will have to figure something out. I've seen a ton of posts on this issue but no resolutions. Anyone

Hello. I just got 2003 (black/black) with 49K miles on it. I guess it came with all options other than the rear spoiler, although, I really did not care whether or not it was loaded. So far, everything seems to work fine except for the pesky homelink, maintenance information in the screen gets deactivated occasionally and one of the map lamps in front had burnt out (I have not replaced it yet). I really like this car. I wish I could see the car from outside as I drive. I have not seen another one yet for the past two weeks. It does not look like this site allows you to upload pictures from your own hard drive. Do you have to have your own websites in facebook or something like that

Just brought a 2006 M45 with premuim package. Never drove a nissan before or considered it. Drove the 2009 Maxima because it looked so good on the road and hated it, pulled real hard to the right when you put your foot down too much power for a fwd car. The salesman told me to drive the Infiniti M. I drove the M45 first, then the M35. Wish I did not like the V8 so much as it will cost me in gas over the long run and I understand the V6 is extremely dependable. These cars drive nicer than Bimmers, Audis, and Benzs costing thousands more. The Lexus Gs is good but seamed small and barely optioned out compared with the M. I brought the M one month ago and still very pleased.

Glad to be here!New (to me) '07 M45 Sport owner here. Picked up last weekend - it's like new, still smells new. The previous owner babied the car, which I'll continue to do. All the service records stamped in the book, not a tarnish or stain. A few teency minor paint chips down on the front air dam, but all just a couple of mm in diameter, I'll be fixing those shortly. LOVE my new ride! I found that magical great deal, that keeps up with all the Euro sport sedans, if not kicks 'em in the arse. I'm glad this forum exists, I found lots of good info before I bought, and since on these forums. Nice to have a community with a keenly shared interest. I'll see all you around.Cliff

I love the car (just wish it got better MPG, but I knew that going in). I will post pics once I get some mods. For first timers to this site, plan on spending the next 2 weeks reading all of the great material here. I love it, hats off to the Originators for such a great site...cheers!

Quote, originally posted by Allosaur Mine also came without the Owner's Manual. I bought from an auctioneer and got a great deal. I downloaded one online. (I loved these M's so I finally got one. But I still have not fully established what exact package I have with what options. Exploring now. The auctioneer just made the sale - he was no Infiniti expert.)I purchased an extended warranty referred from the selling source. I got this heavily discounted. Seems I might better look into the Infiniti extended warranty given the mods here actually encourage this directly.Welcome to NICO! You can download the PDF of the Owners Manual at http://www.infiniti-techinfo.com. Service Manuals are at NICO ... see my sig for where (first post I posted on this page has the links).Yes, we encourage the Infiniti extended warranty because of the high cost of repairs to electronics (if the occur) ... for any modern cars really! If you plan to keep the car past the warranty period, of course.Z

Quote, originally posted by omsjr The car is like new and even smells new inside. The car did not come with an owners manual and the only one I could find online was a 2007 or 2008. Anyone have a link to a 2006 manual I'm also interested in purchasing an extended warranty. Would appreciate any info as to where to purchase the Infiniti Extended warranty at a reasonable price.I just picked up a 2006 Ivory Pearl (wheat and wood) with some higher miles, and the car still smells new inside. I have heard this from others whom had recently bought preowned M's. I guess these cars hold their leather smell longer than normal (unless the previous driver was a heavy smoker, etc.).Mine also came without the Owner's Manual.
Hi, finally joined the forum. Last year I purchased a 2006 M45 sport, black with graphite interior, aero, journey & technology packages. Traded in a 2002 QX4. I was so impressed by the quality of the Infiniti product as well as the service department @ Peninsula Infiniti in Redwood City, CA. After reading many posts on replacement tires, I decided to try Vredestein Ultrac Sessanta tires which are replacing the Goodyear GSD-D3's. I'll keep everyone informed on my impressions of this tire.I'm now looking at doing the DVD/Nav hack which has been mentioned many times. It's so frustrating having to stop the car to put in a new destination. If I had a stand alone unit, I wouldn't have to stop. Of course I would have my front seat passenger do the programming for the new destination.Has anyone looked at upgrading the braking system to the AP racing system available from Stillen Just wondering if it's worth all that $$$.

hi nicoclub! i recently picked up an 2006 m45 sport (black/ black int) with adv. tech package for my wife. we bought it for $32,000 with about 10,150 miles on it. bumper to bumper warranty for 80,000 miles. the 19 inch rims were pretty banged up, but part of the deal was to get the rims repaired. so we have an appointment this tuesday to fix them, while we get a loaner.were pretty excited about the car. i look forward to all the input and information on the forums which helped contribute to our decision!

Hey guys, I'll be posting quite often here I'm sure.I just purchased a 2007 M45 (base) 18mi, but it has the Advanced Tech and Tech pkg, Chrome factory 18" wheels, and my favorite, it has the ground effect pkg including the spoiler. The 14 speaker Bose system is awesome too!Oh, it took me a while to find one because I wanted it a specific color combo. It had to be Platinum Graphite Metallic w/ Black interior. That's exactly what I found after almost 2mo of searching. I was picky too, it had to be in mint condition...no compromises. So after a long awaited wait... I purchased it last Friday! Love the car. Hey guys, I'll be posting quite often here I'm sure.
I just purchased a 2007 M45 (base) 18mi, but it has the Advanced Tech and Tech pkg, Chrome factory 18" wheels, and my favorite, it has the ground effect pkg including the spoiler.
The 14 speaker Bose system is awesome too!
Oh, it took me a while to find one because I wanted it a specific color combo.
It had to be Platinum Graphite Metallic w/ Black interior. That's exactly what I found after almost 2mo of searching.
I was picky too, it had to be in mint condition...no compromises.
So after a long awaited wait... I purchased it last Friday!
Love the car.
Now....if only I could find a hand held ECU programmer for this car, then it would be perfect!
Until then, I will not sleep well!!!
J

Hey sup guys.I just purchased a 2006 M45 Sport Ultra Silver with 35K on it this past Saturday. So far I love the car. Really quick, very spacious in the inside, overall a great car. I also have a modified 2000 Lexus ES300 and I usually spend a lot of time on clublexus.com but looks like I'll be kicking her now. I'll post up pictures after I take some later today.-Smitty

Hello all,I purchased my first car ever (have always been a truck kind of guy) about a month ago, and it is a 2004 Desert Platinum M45. Talk about an eye opening experience! I love everything about it so far; power, performance, handling, etc.I have been reading through the posts for the last few weeks, and decided to take the plunge and post (first car and first forum!). I have been very impressed with the knowledge and friendliness, enthusiasm and willingness to share and help!I am a little overwhelmed as there are so many things to learn about my car, but very glad I was able to find a place like this to learn them at. I look forward to reading more, and getting to know you all. I also look forward to "playing" with my new toy; all I have done so far is re-tint the windows a more suitable shade (limo on the back three and one lighter on the front two) as the sun is always shining here in AZ.Any suggestions on where I should start

Owner's Manuals can be found at http://www.infiniti-techinfo.com ... all model years are PDF's there for free (the Service Manuals are here at our site - link is in my sig).I would strongly recommend getting the Infiniti Extended Warranty at an Infiniti dealer. Contact http://www.everythinginfiniti.com (they are an Infiniti dealer in Arizona) for help - ask for Joe Tsensky.Z

Hello Everyone,I'm new to this site and have just purchased a 2006 M35 Sport w\ 35K miles. Light Platinum with Wheat interior. Bought the car for my wife and will be the family car. The car is like new and even smells new inside.I have a 2002 Maxima we bought new and has been the best car I ever owned. I don't expect anything less from this one. I have a couple of questions. The car did not come with an owners manual and the only one I could find online was a 2007 or 2008. Anyone have a link to a 2006 manualI'm also interested in purchasing an extended warranty. Would appreciate any info as to where to purchase the Infiniti Extended warranty at a reasonable price.
