hey guys--- I figured I would post here as there is probably my best chance of results from this forum. Like myself I am sure tehre are plenty of other guys running RB swaps with more then stock load-- and get the horrible alternator squel-- or just showing less voltage across the board.

I would be willing to pay probably 50-100 bucks to have a premade bracket that could be bolted on in place of the stocker with the same capability of adjustment so that at best all I have to do is get a replacement bolt and shave the block down a little to get the belt to line up. Or you can sell it as a kit--- but either way if someone takes it on they could have quite the profit margin out there. I have an alternator and an RB if someone is on the east coast wants to use my car to make the prototype.

The chrome looks great but if you look closely at these you can see some grain in the metal from not quit enough buffing of the steel before plating.

350Z/G35 Aluminum Engine Belly pans Splash Shields

These under shrouds were developed to protect your critical engine parts under the car and also because the cheesy plastic OEM shield deteriorates over time and usually ends up on the highway behind you somewhere.
The under shrouds will fit all 2003-2008 350Z's with stock front fascias and should fit any fascia that the OEM under shroud still bolts to. These have only been test fitted on stock bumpers.
This piece will help give the lower front fascia much more rigidity also, As you probably know, running without the shield in place at high speeds can do serious damage to the front fascia as it will droop down and can rip apart.
The BEST feature of all thou is that you can actually change your oil AND filter without removing the entire shroud. I have integrated a oil change access door into the shroud so all you have to do is remove 2 bolts and you have ample room to get to the oil filter and drain plug even with the GTSpec V1 front tie bar in place.
Weight on the entire piece is 4.5lbs, The plastic OEM shield for reference weighs in at a bit over 3lbs.
Very lightweight and much more protection!
Mounted, this was one of the last prototypes. The production pieces have 2 bolts on the oil filter door.
As you can see in this picture I wanted to keep as much ground clearance as possible, this will be very close to the level of the front fascia all the way back to the oil pan area. There is a little over 1" of clearance between the oil pan and under shroud so those of you with the 1" oil pan spacers should not have a problem clearing.
This is the finished piece. I have made these in 2 pieces due to the fact that you may crush the front piece on a curb/parking block (it happens to the best of us) it can be replaced without having to buy the entire shield again. The front piece will be available separately in the future.

S13 and S14 FSTB

Well boys and girls I am building front strut tower braces for both the S13 and S14 chassis.
They are a solid design, with no joints to flex.

All end plates and gussets are laser cut.
I do have an integrated brake master cylinder stopper avalible for an extra $20.00.
FSTB for both the S13 and S14 are only $120.00 with out the BMC stopper
FSTB with the BMC stopper is $140.00.

S13 Cooling Panels

I decided to start making these. I've only made one so far, and its not the best, but I'm in trial and error right now. Over the next couple months I'm going to be tweeking the design and getting it perfect. But realizing the price of ones such as DME, i figured I could try and help out the S-Chassis community as much I can.
Here are a few pics of the first one. Its made of aluminum, and is still missing two pieces that go on the sides by the headlights. If I get enough people interested in them, I'll sell them for $25 shipped anywhere in the US. It'll take some time for me to get the design perfect, but shouldn't take any time over Christmas. Plus, I think it'll be a one piece design (headlight to headlight).

S13/S14 CNC Radiator Brackets

Hello all. My name is Wen, and I'm a machinist. I've made a couple of sets of radiator brackets to replace the factory stamped piece. No one has ever made these before, finally something NEW to the market. They are a direct bolt-on, and may I say they look very good on a clean engine bay. They come 2 per set. s13 rear ehxaust hanger

(if this isnt suppose to be here, admins please move. i posted it here cause i make these and im not sure if this is ok)
so a couple of days ago my friend came to me with his exhaust laying on the ground. upon inspection i found out that his rear exhaust hanger had broken off. so i showed him the one that i had made for my car and asked me to make one for him. then i got the idea to offer them here since im out of work and have plenty of time on my hands.
basically its a bolt on affair, raises you exhaust roughly an inch for better clearance and fittment and will never rust out or break

I can custom make you a bracket to convert your JDM front bumper to be compatible with your United States Licence Plates. Braket is made of sturdy aluminum. I know that this will fit any S14 JDM Bumper such as a Silvia Zenki as well as the Silvia Kouki and will also fit the Navan bumper as well. It should fit an S13 JDM bumper as well but it has not been tested on an S13 yet.

I have a degree as an electrical engineer, and with my electrical know-how and skill I am able to modify Dash Clusters, Start Buttons, Radio Units, and Window Button assemblies with OEM quality results!
No longer do you have to look at the stock "orange" lights in your car!
Heres what the Altima's STOCK dashboard looks like..

Z32 to S13 E-brake cable adapters

These adapters are designed to make installing the Z32 rear brake assembly a bolt on affair. After attempting the swap on my S13, the only problem I had was how to make the Z32 e-brake cables work. I searched on the internet and was not able to find a fix that didn't scare me. So, I developed these.

On the left, you have the original prototype, that turned out to be just a little short (you had to adjust the e-brake cable nut a bit) On the right, you have the new design which is a little longer.

This picture shows how you will be receiving them. Plastic bag with a bit of oil to prevent rusting. Powder coating is an option, but it will be expensive and it will take longer. I'm attempting to keep cost down by shipping them bare.

Here they are installed on my car. A 10mm ratchet and four 6mmX1.0 bolts and you're "in there like swimwear." So far I only know them to work on the S13 chassis with the z32 2+2 e-brake cables. Alright guys I got approval to start offering Powder Coating services to you guys.
To give you a little background, I do powder coating on the side for fun. I do the painting out of my buddys garage. I've been coating since October so Im still new at this but pretty much have the hang of it.
To give you a run down of my prices for valve covers I usually charge a $15 per cylinder fee so 4 clynders are $65 Shipped. But the more cylinders the cheaper it will be. These prices are usually for Single Stages, Multiple stages are $10 extra which require a Base Coat and Top Coats.

Im very flexible on prices so if your on a tight budget I can work with you to try and get you covered.
I do offer warranties on the coatings which is 60days.
Because I do this for fun/side I only powdercoat on certain days, which are Tuesday, Thursdays, and Saturdays. I try to get them done as soon as I can but since I work at another job I may sometimes be called in. But I'll try to get everything done in a timely manner usually within the week of arrival.

Just a few examples that I've done in the past.
These are single stages, they vary from wrinkle, to mirror gloss, flats, etc etc.

The cup liners are made of a soft rubber material, but can be replaced by any 3inch cup liner.

S13 Under Engine Cover/Skid Plate available for KA/SR/Greddy Oil Pan

Under engine cover/skid plate for S13 is available now. Several people have already installed these with no problems. Here's the detail:
1. Made of 080 thickness and 3003 grade aluminum panel.
2. There are 2 versions. Version 1 is for KA or SR with stock oil pans. Version 2 is for SR with Greddy oil pan. You don't have to remove it when you do oil change.
3. This cover will clear aftermarket sway bars and fit perfect on stock tension rod bracket or Nismo Power brace.
4. No drilling required. You will use existing holes under the car. One hole(threaded) on the lower radiator support, two holes(threaded) on the tension trackets and two holes(not threaded) on cross member right below steering rack.
5. Installation hardwares are NOT included. You will need five 10mm bolts and two nuts to install this. Spacers are optional. All can be purchsed from local hadware stores.
6. It's not going to be super clean and shiny due to machine work. Some scratches can be found.
7. Price is $90 shipped for Version 1 and $100 shipped for Version 2. I have limited quantity of Version 2 panels. I usually ship it following business day and email tracking number right after. Insurance is included in shipping.

The high pressure power steering hose, connects your power steering pump to your PS rack, it also is the notorious weak link in the power steering system, over time the hose breaks down and leaks, resulting in the weekly PS reservoir refills. (If you've been there, it's not fun)

Fujii SPL is now offering you new replacement lines! These lines are stronger, will last longer and don't cost an arm and leg!
Alright the dirty details, Specs and Pictures:
The lines can be made to work with whatever engine you have including extra *90 bends less/more length etc.
Lines are rated at 5000PSI, double the rating of the other aftermarket lines! That's the running pressure, spike pressure is four times that amount!

Now this is my favorite so far. For people that want full smoke, but at the same time dont want to cover the brake and reverse lights, but want to tone down that huge amber light! Now, the cuts may look off in certain pics, that's because of the angle. Whats important is that the cuts line up straight back . Enjoy!

S13 Front Strut / Firewall Brace

Finally ready!
These front strut / firewall braces were designed and engineered specifically for the purpose of increasing the rigidity of the cowl and front suspension areas on the S13.
Developed for the 240sx Convertible, they are equally effective at reducing front end flexion on the Coupe and Hatch, while allowing full access to the top of your engine. Valve cover removal can be done without removing the FSTB.
In addition, they are situated to transfer and distribute strut tower loads evenly across the firewall and bulkhead, increasing suspension flatness.
Manufactured from thick-walled mild steel tubing, with CNC-cut mounting plates and gusseted welds and joints, you won't find a beefier strut brace on the market. PERIOD.
Finish is a high-quality satin black powdercoat that's been professionally applied to resist chipping, scratching and flaking.
Note: Drilling of the firewall (two holes) is required. Installation is fairly simple and should take less than an hour with normal hand tools.

S13 bolt in tension arm brace

Ok boys and girls...I have been working on this for a while, and I have had some great success with this bolt in kit. Basicly I designed this as an alternative to the Nismo Power Brace. Nismo makes a great product, but I thought there was room for improvement.
With my kit it is not nessasary to to take out all front end to install the brace. It bolts in using existing holes in the brackets, this allows for quick install, and not having the need to realign your car...although it is probilly a good Idea.
The kit includes a cross brace, anti crush spacers, sandwich plates, all grade 8 hardware, and a vial of red loctite to keep it all together.
Here is a pic of the parts and the tools required to install.
