Many maintainence was take care of while the motor was out and engine bay painted including:

The engine bay was professionally and completely stripped for the paint job. All wiring and everything was removed. The engine parts were also paint matched to the color of the car. Wrinkle Black Powdercoated Plenum.

The car does not leak any fluids at all. Car Currently runs 12psi on the wastegate but is tuned for 18psi on 93 pump gas. The car is very reliable and I've replaced many parts to make sure it continues to be. Its been a blast to drive and gets lots of attention. It runs great and boost great. The car is very fast. I've had a lot of fun driving the car and its a great sports car.

I'm selling my '94 Nissan Altima

This car has a Viper remote start system with key-less entry.
The A/C and heat work great.

The engine is the stock KA24DE with just under 200k miles, and runs great-Better than new.
It has an aftermarket air intake system with a red cone filter, and a red powder-coated valve cover.
A new distributor was installed about 3 months ago with new NGK Iridium spark plugs and red magnacore wires.

The Automatic transmission is FWD and has never given me any problems at all (knock on wood).
I change the oil every 3,000 miles myself with the good stuff.

The suspension was redone and upgraded about 8 months ago:
New axles were installed in the front due to the old cv joints going bad, and the wheel bearings were replaced with new ones from Napa.
All of the old worn-out rubber bushing were replaced with new polyurethane bushings from Energy Suspension.
New ball joints, tie rod ends, and sway bar end links were installed.
And the car also had new lowering springs installed giving it much better handling and a 2'' drop all the way around.

All 4 tires are BFGoodrich G-Force Sport 225/55/16Rs on 16'' rims that I had powder-coated gloss black 2 years ago.
New rotors, brake pads, and fluid were all replaced about 2 months ago, as well as new racing spec extended lug nuts.

The headlights were replaced with a 6000K super-white HID kit.
The corner lights, interior lights, and backup lights were all replaced with super-white led bulbs as well to match.
The car had a nice black paint job until recently. The hood and very top of the fenders is loosing its clear coat.
The paint on the hood has never bothered me, but it could use a respray.

The trunk has a one-of-a-kind spoiler, and inside the trunk is a very nice sound system.
I have 2 10'' Memphis subs in a vented box that are powered by an Eclipse amp.
The front doors have Alpine Type-R 5''x7'' speakers, and the rear deck has 6.5'' speakers.
The deck is a Pioneer CD player that is very easy to use.

I am selling this car because I need the money. I have always had a second car but my family only needs one right now.
I have invested a lot of time and money into this car, and I believe that it is worth the full asking price of $3500.
I hope that my car finds a good home, and can make someone else as happy as it has made me.

Looking for home for 240SX project car. Car had bad KA24DE engine in a chassis with only 98,000 miles. Straight body with paint in fair condition. There is some clear coat pealing on right rear quarter panel and front bumper. All interior pieces in good conditions with dash in good condition.This was an unmodified car. We bought the car to do a father/son project, but time and resources got limited. The plan was to install an RB20DET engine and related hardware into S13 240SX To date we have the following:

-240SX body with clear Texas title - silver blue metalic with blue interior
-RB20DET engine with transmission, manifolds, starter, alternator, etc.
-Wiring harness for RB20DET including ECU, airflow meter (2)

car needs battery, exhaust manifold,full exhaust,radio, speakers, 1 spark plug wire that really it its a project there is some rust on the 2 rear quarter panels and three small holes in the trunk from water getting threw a old taillight but i replaced the taillight...its got toyota supra seats i got it like that one is dyed black and one is the stock red one it has a full interior and also will come with almost a full second interior i have extra dohc block and head and intake manifold for the extra motor its got all working lights and al electric works its got a welded rear great if you wanna become a drifter!!!its got a brand new windshield and short shifter

Up for sale is my black 89 hatch shell. Good shell with a few small dings. It is an SE, ie power windows and sunroof. More bad notes though, surface rust in the spare tire well where water has leaked through where the spoiler was attached. Also surface rust inside engine bay on frame rail. Maybe where they removed the engine-tranny. Comes with all harnesses, etc. Also will include a few single cam engine parts and uncracked dash. Have title but never put into my name.

paint is lexus IS300 black onyx about 2 years old.

It is tune with the APEXI power fc stand alone systme. And it was tune by Courtney Green. He is really good and got the engine to run really great.

It made 380hp on pump gas at 14psi and pretty much has a AFR of 11.1 threw the whole rpm. It has plenty more power to be push out.

THE BAD: the little motor to control where you want your heater to blow is dead. In the picture(with the dime) on the hood there are 3 dings, rear bumper paint is chipping, and only 1 crack in the dash. rear defroster is not working easily fix. head lights wont go down(have new motor to replace dead ones). crack front windshield. speedo doesnt work. im sure there is more but i cant remember.

got tire in the front but no tire in the back so thats y those 16's r back there. you'll get the whole set which are the same ones that are in the front but 18's and not 17's. so again front's are 17's, rears are 18's but same exact rim.

red top sr20det. i put about 15k miles on this thing myself after the swap and have not had any problems from the engine ever.

Allright this is something i really didnt want to do and i have been putting this off for some time but up for sale is my 1990 240sx, I bought this car 3 years ago totally stock and only put 6000 miles on the sr20det sense it was professionally swapped in sept of 08'....On to the mods, 1997 Sr20det black top out of a 180sx type x, hdi intercooler, hks ssqv, koyo radiator, meagen turbo outlet, downpipe and testpipe and greddy ti-c exhaust. , greddy eletric boost controller, freshly rebuilt t25, Im sure im forgetting more stuff in the engine bay. Car is on ksport coilovers and the rims are volk gt-u's (16x7 16x8). It has 180sx type x seats in perfect condition no wear marks or holes. On to the good stuff....The car was dynotuned at best1 tuning and made 240hp and 250tq at 11 psi, i took it to the track once and ran 13.4 at 109 with (2.4 60ft , I have Papers and receips for everything. The motor is really healthy and boosts really well, idles perfect and no unwanted noises. The body is in pretty good condition.

I bought this car summer 2006 from a friend of mine. The car was clean but the motor was overheated and in bad shape. I ordered an S13 SR20 Red-Top front clip from online. Over the next few months I got the motor ready and swapped it in.

This car has been an on going project since I bought it, I never really got to the point where I needed to daily it every day so a lot of times it will sit, or it will just get driven on short errands or around the neighborhood. The motor is very strong, and has only had a few thousand miles put on it since I swapped it in.

The car has been in no accidents.

I have the dyno sheet showing 450hp and a touch over 350 ft/lbs of torque.

Bout 10k on the rebuild or less and under 95k on the chassis

Retains a/c (wasn't cheap)
Runs very very well, no mechanical problems whatsoever but a new tune wouldn't hurt.
Only thing I'd change if I were keeping it, is that it's still a 4 lug
Lastly, I was told there is a 1.5way LSD in the rear end but have not checked. The previous seller's mechanic could not recall the brand however.

Due to my second DUI I must sell my daily driver. I've only had her for about 3 1/2 months, I wasn't even able to name her yet, but enough about me and more about the car. It's a 1993 Nissan 240sx SE HICAS.

When i first got the car it was border line rice with red interior trim and a door knob as a shift knob the car had lots of issues blown turbo, jerry rigged intercooler pipings, vaccum lines where a mess, BOV was not connected (could be the reason why turbo was blown), the wiring was hackered both the a/c signal and the ignition start wires were not connected, your usual hackerd radio harness, and timing off by a hair. The car didnt even have a boost gauge -- Fail...

Since I've owned it everything has been fixed and is considered a reliable daily driver, which aggrovates me because the minute it's in tip top shape I have to sell it..

Good:
This swap has the A/C hooked up it just needs to be recharged.
Recently changed the oil filter to Mobil 1 instead of the nasty Fram (sorry not a fram guy)

I changed the spark plugs to NGK with a heat range of 6 I believe.

Bad:
your normal nicks and dings around the body, but nothing to horrible
it looks like some of the clear coat is coming off of the hood
the headlight switch is going out
no head unit
ABS is deleted and so is the HICAS due to the engine swap
Oil preassure gauge not working due to the oil pressure sensor not being hooked up apparently autometer likes to make a huge oil pressure sensor and it wont just directly bolt in so i needed to buy a 90 degree angle fitting but havn't had the money to do it, but the wiring is all complete and there is a "live" wire that is chilling in the engine waiting to be hooked up to the oil pressure sensor this wire is of course electrical taped making sure not to ground out anything.

I'm sure there are more things I forgot to mention, but if your seriously interested than i'd say come by and give it a road test around the block. Currently the car is on stock struts, but I do have cut spring struts I could throw those on if you want and it will increase the cars "look" status, but it is extremely dangerous to drive and bumpy as hell. Up to you. enough of my jabbering now on for the pics

Hi guys. I have a yellow 1972 Datsun 240z for sale in Connecticut. This is a California car and has been until six months ago. It has the Cali plates to prove it and has been driven less than 10 miles since I've had it.

The Car has aftermarket headers that make it sound like its got four times more than the 160 or so hp it actually has. Car has almost no rust, seats are newer than '72 and are black and yellow with no tears, clutch works well, no dents or body damage.

If anyone shows interest I will post some pictures and a video/recording of the engine running in the next few days.

I am selling my project 240 but its almost a reliable daily.

the car has 80k miles and is an auto. Car ran perfectly but then my alternator went out because the previous owner had a lame audio setup with wires everywhere.

what the car needs.

front end, i have a zenki hood and fenders but fenders are kinda bad.

maybe a new radiator support because this was one has been hit and kinda bent but not bad at all, easy fix. title is still good.

car has no back seats or panels, has 1 Sparco EVO L seat.

Mitch @ AEM custom configured a box to read the factory VQ engine�s sensors
allowing full control of the timing with the variable cams.
Vehicle retains all factory accessories. Custom A/C lines were made to adapt the 350Z
A/C compressor to the 240. Power steering lines were re-located and re-routed since the
power steering pump on the VQ engine is on the passenger side.
Custom hard line was bent to connect the clutch master cylinder to the clutch slave, the
clutch slave on the VQ tranny is on the driver�s side as compared to the KA engine, on
the passenger side.
Sun roof, power windows and power door locks were all retained during the build.
Power cables, distribution blocks, and battery terminals were all supplied by Lightning
Audio.
Battery was relocated to the trunk to help balance the weight and make room for the
boost tube. Allowing the boost tube from the intercooler to the throttle body to run on the
passenger side. Keeping the heat from the turbocharger away from the boost tube to the
throttle body.
The VQ engine was converted to a throttle cable style throttle body and a return style fuel
system to adapt to the 240 chassis.

They are included with the car with the tires. Not sure of offset and width. Would guess like 8 wide

Suspension:

- There is no rust under the car

For those of you who keep up with the new models, the 2010 Altima's only come as a 3.5SR now and only comes with CVT so this is the most recent year with the 6MT. This car was a blast and I enjoyed it but I am moving into the city and really wont be using it to much. Id rather have someone take it and keep it on the road instead of me throwing it in a garage to just sit there and collect dust. Its black and has 20% all around, swapped out the stock grill but kept it so it can go back in it need be.

This 350z is not my daily driver. I live in NY but i keep my car overe my parents house in PA. I bought this car three years ago and since then I had only put about 5000 - 6000 miles on it. I drive my car only on weekends once or twice a month, NEVER DURING THE WINTER TIME. This Z has never been driven during rain or snow not even on sunny days (since I own it.)
Car is always garaged and covered + very well maintained. Car has only seen full synthetic oil 0w30 German Castrol or 0w40 Mobile 1 with K&N oil filter every 1000 miles. I never raced, readlined or burned tires on my car. All the engine modifications are done by Vinny Ten Racing.

im looking to move this car pretty quickly, as i am purchasing a new car this week. I do not want to sell it, but it sucks in the snow and winter is approaching. it has power windows, mirrors, power steering (belt is cut, it squealed) a/c still kinda works, and heat works. just turned 100k miles, i am the second owner. clutch and slave was replaced ~75k - 80k new brakes all around, fronts done ~95k, now for the bad: obviously it has some rust, underneath is solid, but side skirt area is rusted. tip of hood is rusted. It needs window molding, surprisingly rain doesnt get in though. sunroof leaks a tad (ill probably fix this myself. tuning knob on radio doesnt work. i only listen to the 3 programmed stations i have. drivers seat doesnt lock in any position other than wayyyy too upright for me, passenger floor is pushed up ~4-6 inches from being lifted there with a scissor jack. The exhaust is custom, side exit with only a glasspack, its fairly loud. alternator belt squeals at night and sometimes in the rain needs to be tightened. Runs excellent, and has a spoiler from an 88 mr2, and 15x7 konig rewinds. I am looking for 1200obo, i am confident this car will make a long drive, i will deliver this car anywhere ~100 miles, it is registered and insured at the moment. pics are kinda old, car looks the same though, chrome is painted black though.

This is a very solid, rust-free, unmolested car. The engine is completely rebuilt. Cylinders rebored, all new internals, remanufacted head, new water and oil pump. flywheel resurfaced, new clutch & pressure plate & TO bearing. There is less than 500 miles on this complete rebuild. I also put in a new stereo/CD player and new rear speakers. The brakes are recent and the tires are in good condition. The interior is above average and there is one small spot on the dash that won't even show up in a picture. The catalytic converter has been replaced with a SS "test pipe" and the cat-back portion is a new large diameter section with the big loud muffler. I think it is stainless steel, but I'm not positive. It had just been put on the car when I got it. This is the only modification that has been done to this car. i've put about 500 miles on the car since doing all this.

the bad:

burns a little bit of oil up top in high boost. nothing major. only happens if you push the car in higher gears.
cusco oil catch can is leaking a little bit of oil (will be fixed before sold / traded)
my mom backed into the car the other day.. nothing big just a little scratch and theres a little dent behind the door. it can be pulled out but i havent tried yet. (barely noticeable its in the pictures posted above)

MY ASKING PRICE IS 7.5K pretty firm with old rims or 8K with new rims. If you don't like the price please don't reply back. It's my car so i'll sell it for what i think its worth =)

I say possibly because i'm not sure if anyone wants to buy a car without a title. it was last titled in arkansas. the car is in fort smith, AR. is currently not driveable because of clutch problems. halfway through dropping the tranny. anyway, like the title says it's a 92, red hatch, super hicas, flip-up sunroof. it does start and runs beautifully. no leaks on any fluids. has some front end damage which i've also started repairing. i would like to get $1800 for the car, just posting this thread to see if anyone is interested or has any info on getting a clear title for it. thanks!

Description: I have for sale/trade a 93' Nissan 240sx hatch with a KA24de DOHC. The car is completely stock. Everything is original. Car has been very well maintained. Just recently spun a bearing in the motor and hasn't been running since. I lost my job cause of it cause couldn't get it fixed and had no transportation to work and got layed off. Exterior: 9/10 hood and roof needs to b recleared. A couple dings but other than that it's very clean! All parts are original. Stock rims with brand new tires have probably 300 miles on them.

Interior: 10/10 the interior of this car is unbelievable! No tears, no stains! There has only been 2 ppl that have ever sat in the back seats of this car since 93. U could actually eat off n e where in the car and it would b sanitary haha.

Motor: KA24de DOHC very clean engine! The only problem is the spun bearing. Have a ton of receipts from previous owner from regular ruitine maintinance.

Transmission: Has no grinds or pop-outs. No problems shifting shifts like butter.

So i bought this from a guy in atlanta who said the timing chain was broke. Turns out The tensioner was broke and pushing against the chain. So i got a guy to put a new timing system in, new battery, and new coil. It was wrecked in the front inner fender so i went to pull-a-part in atlanta and got pretty much a new front end. I got my friend to weld that on and went to start it up and it wasn't idleing and had a nasty metal scraping noise to it. Took a look at the timing chain and of course it was 180 degrees off. I fixed that went to start it up, it idled fine just had the same nasty scraping noise. Im not sure exactly what it is but i have no more money to put into it and just need it gone.

I can include a running 93 dohc ka engine and auto tranny and will bolt it into the car if you want for a little extra

I bought a new shell and I've pretty much swapped all my parts over so this is just a stock shell.

Exterior is in good shape the body is pretty clean, minor dings and dents. Needs paint. This car has almost zero rust. You could eat off the strut towers or the frame rails. Only rust is inside the passanger rear fender well its a small hole will take pics. The worst panel on this car is the passanger fender which is a little beat up which you can see in the pics.

Interior.. well there is no interior besides the dash which has a hole in it that i cut for gauge purposes. I have a lot of the interior panels and back seats that i will give you though.

also the 5 speed setup was taken out, clutch pedal, master, driveshaft, brake pedal

looking for 450 obo for the shell or 800 with the engine.

DESCRIPTION: Literally had this car for not even two weeks. Bought it from a friend and wasn't going to mod it till March of next year so it's fully stock right now minus the air filter. One of the cleanest 240's I've seen / ever owned. Car is currently automatic but you guys know how easy it is to 5spd swap or sr it. Frame rails are intact no bends at all straight as a whistle with no holes (will take pictures this weekend) No typical rust or holes in the engine bay or strut towers at all as seen in the pictures. Odometer says 135,xxx but car has about 185,xxx switched out odometers cause the other one was messed up but then this one the speedometer doesn't work lol. There's a cracks on the dash above the cluster. Has your typical tear in the driver seat. Car starts up and runs like a champ. There's dents on the passenger door and on the passenger fender but I'll throw in a dentless fender and a new door with the sale. I have an '89 hatch for sale.. car is auto with about 200,000 miles on it. EVERYTHING works!! Power windows, locks, cruise, rear wiper, AC is ICE COLD!! Aftermarket cd player.. Drivers seat has a tear, but the rest of the interior is 98%!! No cracks in the dash, door panels, or console. Has PA inspection good for a few months yet, and tires are 90% new and all lights work.

The Bad;
The car runs, but it needs a front cover, timing chain and guides. I just did a new head gasket, intake gasket, exhaust gasket, throttle body gasket, and head bolts. The timing chain has worn a hole through a coolant passage in the front cover, and now antifreeze is pouring into the oil pan. There is also a small amount of rust behind the passenger rear tire on the quarter, and on the passenger side frame rail under the floor pan.

This car would be great for a transplant, or just spend a little and drive it everyday..

I need this car gone ASAP!!

As far as trades, i'm not really too interested but if you have something to offer, throw it out there. And not really looking for FWD at all.

Not pressed to sell at all, only reason it's for sale is because i could use the extra money..

Description:
Car is in wonderful shape for being 23 years old. I'm currently the third owner of the car, my uncle before me, and the original owner before him. The car has been garage kept and oil changed at most every 3,000 miles. T Tops DO NOT leak at all. It has a few dents in the hood, it got caught in a hail storm, nothing major though. Misc dents and dings on the body, only one "major" one right under the drivers side mirror. I've taken very good care of this car since i have owned it and i know my uncle did before me. The car has been washed at least once a week and then spray waxed afterward. The interior has also been cleaned once a week, armoraled and all that good stuff. No tears in the leather seats, some wear though. The seats have been conditioned with each cleaning. I still have the original car cover, the hatch cover, the T top covers, and the bag for all that stuff. I also have 3 manuals relating to parts or car break down. AC works, just needs to be charged or converted to R134. I know im forgetting a ton of things about the car. But it really has to be seen to truly appreciate it, so please come take a look if you are interested.

Problems (All minor):
-Windshield washers don't work, pump does but it gets blocked in the hoses.
-Drivers side headlight washer doesn't work
-Dash lights cut out sometimes, the power supply box needs to be taken out and the soldier needs to be redone (I'll probably be doing this soon)
-Drivers side window has trouble going down, might just be partially off track or something, haven't really looked into it.

The only major problem to me is that the drivers side rear tire has a slice in it, made by a razor blade. Needs to be filled with air at least once a day. Honestly needs to be replaced. It's next on my list...

Story behind the headlight cover missing and the "major" dent.
Uncle was driving and hit a dear, it took off the headlight cover and messed it up, pushed the assembly back someone (Still looking into this...), and broke the drivers side mirror off which hit the car and caused the dent. By "major" i mean palm sized or smaller and it's very shallow.

One TINY rust spot on the drivers side fender, circular, less than a dime in size.

Again, i know I'm leaving out a lot but I'll add stuff as time goes on. If you're interested at all, contact me and we can set up a meeting for you to see the car. Like i said, you have to see it to truly appreciate it. I'll get better pics up soon hopefully as well as interior shots. I have a Red hatchback 89 nissan 240sx for sale. It has 103xxx original miles, very clean interior, except for usual driver seat spot and a little wear on sw...but very clean. Outside wise it has good paint and no rust under foam spoiler! It runs and drives amazing! Obviously its a single cam with exhaust and intake. Never has been beaten on. It was my daily for about two years an has been garaged for about 7 months! The car has some rust on frame rail but is easily repairable (the size of a soda bottle). I currently live in nc but the car is in ohio. I really need to get rid of this car and just about anything resonable will be accepted. For sale is my 1992 240sx hatchback shell. I picked it up at the beginning of oct with the intentions of going with an sr20 swap. But due to some things in my life taking priority I decided to sell the shell. Its overall very clean there is virtually no rust on it (Florida car) it has 192000 on the car itself and it has no motor or tranny. It does have full suspension and rims so you would just have to tow it out of here. The power steering isn�t installed but I do have all the parts and lines in the car. The front bumper is missing but i have a kit for it. The back and trunk have been gutted and has bed liner. and the interior (headliner, door panels) got redone in suede and the dashboard has been flocked (same thing they use in rally cars) The passenger fender is slightly dented and the passenger door and quarter panel has had light body work done when I bought it but its fixed, primed, and ready for paint. It will need a brake master cylinder because the one in it now melted from the turbo heat. But it still holds the fluid and brakes fine

I also have a uras style body kit that ill let go with the car or ill sell it separate if you want. the kit has been fitted and the fitment is decent considering that no fiberglass is perfect. i perfer to let the sell the kit with the car because ill have no use to a body kit in my garage

The car also has front and rear strut bars installed and a headunit with aftermarket polk audio speakers

Im selling my 1993 240sx SE Edition. The car has some moderate bolt-on work done do it.
Interior is very clean, exterior needs a little work, no major body damage at all, just needed a paint job wich i started to do and never finished. The front is sanded and primered.

Modifications: Aftermarket (OBX) catback exhaust (factory part rusted out, wouldn't pass inspection)

Flaws (mechanical and otherwise stated in order of importance): Hit from the driver's side front corner. Gone/Damaged: left headlight, left fender, radiator support, hood, front bumper. The pictures posted below should provide a better view of the damage. Driver's side power window motor is toast (window is in full up position), and the parking brake cable is broken (though I'm not sure if it's before or after the Y-splitter).

I'm only interested in selling the WHOLE vehicle. Though I'm aware there is probably greater profit in doing so, I do not have the desire to part out. I don't have a lot of sentiment about what becomes of it after it's picked up, but I only ask that the whole car be removed. Pretty much everything rear of the middle of the fenders is sound (the motor was running fine until I switched it off). The airbags haven't even deployed. For all I know (which, admittedly, isn't much), the car is likely still drivable, and in the hands of someone with the right tools and skills, it might even be a good candidate for a front end conversion. This car would be great for a transplant, or just spend a little and drive it everyday..

The car runs well and has been a great car for the 4 years I've owned it. I'm selling it because I work crazy hours and do not have my own garage. I don't have the resources to take care of this car, but if you're good with cars then please make a good home for it!

The car has excellent paint, a sunroof, power windows/doors/seatbelts, digital speedometer and heads-up display, new cd player/stereo, and ice cold a/c. The fabric is in great shape also.

Complete disclosure: I was in a LOW speed collision accident, but it does not reduce the functionality of the car. Low as in, I was stopped, a car slid into me on a residential street.

The front bumper is dented on the passenger's side and the headlights cannot flip back down. They work perfectly, as you can see in the pictures. The hood closes and latches but is not flush. There is a crack on the dashboard, which you can also see in the pictures, which was NOT caused by the crash! It's been there. The passenger side rear taillight also is out but that is probably an easy fix. Mechanically sound car!

already has another project going on and does not have the time nor money to complete this project.The car is clean overall no body damage. The interior is decent the rear has already been gutted and all the sound deadener has been removed.
