Hi All,

I have Nissan 200 SX (S14) 1996

how many boost i can give with the original parts of tha car with dont change the seal of head?

and how maximum boost i can use..?

(sorry if my english is not so good )

Well I am going to assume that you have a ka24de. If it is in good shape, maintained, etc you can safely boost up to 12psi with JWT fuel and timing management. There are alot of other factors that you need to take into consideration. I would say do a search or the KAT forum here on NICO and then go to http://www.ka-t.org

He probably has an SR20DET though. I know in Europe it is called the 200sx, not the 240sx, because of the 2.0 liter motor

My engine is realy. SR20DET... like ElNegro say...

and my question stay... how maximum boost i can give....

i think you should find out what the stock injectors max out at and go from there. the internals of those motors are pretty stout and can handle a good amount of power.

In a stock set up, don't go above 0.9 bar, or 13psi...what ever you are using. If you have better injectors and fuel pump with regulator, you can go to 1.1bar or 16psi...after that, you start blowing things up.

This only assumes your motor was well maintained and is not beat to hell. If your motor is in rough shape you might blow up or spin a bearing way before 16psi.
