All I have to say is, if Phase2 is carrying them, they must be fairly decent. But can you use T28 with it???

it's a STOCK replacement manifold. The T28 fits on the STOCK manifold. Now, will a T28 fit on it??

Hey msaskin, I see you have a GT2871R turbo. I was planning that for my upgrade but i was wondering, do all of the oil/coolant lines fit from the t-25?

dont get it, its a peice of ****. i broke mine in three months.

there's no power gain over the stock cast iron manifold, just bling.

Wow...you don't know how wrong you are. Would you like to see dyno sheets proving a difference between a log manifold (same as a stock) vs. a tubular manifold?

S14life...Since the GT2871R is in theory the same external size as a Disco potato, and i believe the stock lines bolt up to that, then yes. I don't know since I have braided stainless lines.

Actually he's right. Considering a stock manifold is not a log manifold and a Megan manifold is not an equal length Full Race manifold, the thread you're about to [attempt] to prove your point on is useless (I'm guessing this was the thread). The same person that started that thread has said on numerous occasions that the gains on the stock replacement manifolds are minimal at best and recommends not using them. If I was wrong about the thread, I apologize.

And the Megan manifold IS a piece of crap. A friend of mine is a rep for them and when I asked him if they'll hold up, he told me they are like every other tubular stock replacement sr20det manifold on the market and they will fail at some point.

only a full race manifold gives you power.

the meghan racing / ssautochrome ones are CRAP and will not give you any additional power. i stand by my words because i owned both with two different cars.

Thanks a lot guys. If I'm not mistaken, the Full-Race manifolds are only top mount correct? What manifold would you guys suggest to be used with a GT2871r turbo?

both of which are as prone to breakage as the SS Autocrack manifolds.

I say stick with stock, or just have a good custom one made, shouldn't be more than $500 or so if you can find a competent welder/fab shop.
