I regret to inform everyone that there is no feasibleway to proceed with the 2004 Nissan 240sx NationalConvention. Let me begin by expressing my apologies toeveryone involved. Many options have been looked at andthe conclusion is still the same. All fault should bedirected to me. Let me thank all the sponsors,volunteers, and all others that have helped in so manyways.

Donations, registration fees, and products will bereturned in a timely manner. If you are a registeredparticipant please provide me with you MAILING address(by replying to this email). It will help speed up therefund process.

There are many factors that led to the decision tocancel the convention. The main factor was not enoughpeople signing up. If you would like to discuss detailsmore in depth feel free to contact me.

I'm out $200 on hotels and then my flight tickets I'm gonna have to cancel.

I hope this convention can be salvaged. I even had a couple of members that were unable to register on Friday. Keep us posted on if this is going to work out. We here in New Mexico still want to attend if it is a go.

Greg,I will definitely keep an eye out on every board I am a member of. I have until 2 days before my reservation date to cancel at my hotel. I am keeping my fingers crossed. I have no further word from Doug.
