I always forget abotu the cross-terrain.
I never liked the Michelins for the same reason that your customers love them- durability of their compounds makes for less traction, in my experience with them.
The Goodyear fortera is also highly rated, but the Michelins or Pirellis are better choices, from what I know about them.
