It's a newer Sunfire I believe...And if that was behind me, I think I'd laugh so hard I'd lose control and die. :(

I'd pull it over, and give it a ticket from ricecop.com :D

On a more serious note...if you were in japan, they got GTRs Evos STis and NSXs as police cruisers...what would you do if they pulled up behind you?

FLOOR IT.... THEY ARE NEAR STOCK. JAPANESE HIWAYS ARE PRETTY WIDE-OPEN, THE WANGAN SPECIFICALLY. I'VE SEEN VIDEO OF 180SXS OUT RUNNING THE GTR COP CARS ON THE WANGAN.

it's a good thing that traffic is so bad in Japan, that the keiretsu (popo in japanese) never use their cruisers

The town of Fishers has four B4C Camaros. You have to watch it in school zones.

I think every town has at least one policed package camaro. The sheriff a couple counties below us has a Impala SS w/ a 383 built by Richard Childress Racing. I know our State Troopers have unmarked Corvettes.

South Carolina had some 5.0 mustangs. And Indiana has the blacked out Z-28 Cameros. Those Cameros are scary, they are black with limo tint. The light bars are behind the glass. You can barley tell at night. blah...

we had an old foxbody stang out here, and a Z-28. white, with blacked out windows. the lights were behind the front lights, mounted facing bawards so you couldnt see them at all till they were on. the light bar was very small and thin and up in the top part of the windshield. if you passed it, you wouldnt guess t was a cop car. the only thing odd about it, was the 4 antennas.

RCMP in Canada used to use 5.0 Mustangs. Maybe still do. I guess they still like to ride horses.

5.0 mustangs? r u serious? 95 was the last year for the 5.0 why would they use such an old car? BTW cop corvette? I wouldnt even try to run on my bike, let alone any car, id just give up right there. Theres no way on an open interstate to be able to pull away with a big enough gap as for him to lose site of ya.

I haven't lived in Canada since 95 so there you go. They're probably using Camaros now. Any Canadian brothers around to let us know?

See that sucks. We aint got anything good at work. Crown vics and five brand new Impalas. They have lettered two so far.

I know both of the Troopers here int he county that have Camero's. We had one get out run about three months ago by another Z28. This guy just plain out run and out drove the troopers, my deputies, and the poor city guys that thought they had a chance. They were in and out of their city in under a minute.

The Japanese cop cars kick butt. The Pontiac would make a nice DARE car or crime prevention, but I sure as hell wouldn't put it on patrol.

My brother is a deputy up in Rockingham county. He hates his impala. There suppose to be substituting the impalas for new crown vics.

If I saw a GT-R or STI behind me, I'd know I was ****ed and pull over. The Sunny I might be able to take (with more mods, of course). Then again, Asians and Europeans (who get Porsches and M5s) can out-drive American-trained drivers about any day of the week.

South Carolina has an M5, but I don't think they ever use it, so you're safe!
