It will work, under higher loads of stock boost it may not perform so hot. Installing a walbro shouldnt be too hard probably a 2 or 3, though I havent installed a walbro unit, there are two how to's on the internet about it into S13 chassis'.

I had my stock one on my SR20 for a lil bit on stock boost, didn't seem to be causing any noticeable problems.. but I upgraded to a walbro anyways soon after. Wasn't hard, just pull it out and swap it.. pretty straight forward. Hardest part is just trying not to get too much dust going into the gas tank.. should take about an hour.

If you do replace the stock pump with walbro, make sure the O-ring that seals the pump assembly fits right. It seems to expand on me so I had to cut a bit of it to fit it right. The hardest part would be to take the fuel lines off the pump assembly. I just used a long nose pliers and used it as a fork to push the lines off. It's not really that hard. I did smell like gas for a day though.

Walbro Fuel Pump install is a piece of cake. Remove the gas tank covver, pull the bracket, replace the pump, solder two wires, and install it all again. Piece of cake took me about 10 minutes. Chris

you heard wrong.

the Z32 pump is louder than the walbro pump. you can hear the z32 pumping. you can't barely hear the walbro pumping.

Advantages, more fuel to your injectors=more fuel to your engine=better performance+decreased risk of running lean and detenonating

detenating=very badvery bad=need new engineneed new engine=pissed off + $$$$$ There I broke it down mathmatically Chris
