which turbo's do the rb20det and rb25det come stock with?

i think this has been asked before but all i've heard is that the rb20det has a T28 but has a T3 flenge...what about the rb25det? is that a T3?

I'm wondering about what aftermarket bigger turbo will bolt on to the either the rb20det or the rb25det...

at the moment i'm thinking of selling my rb20det and get a rb25det for my summer project...

Well not to rob your post but i'd like to know whats on the RB26DETT...i was thinking twin T28, but i don't really know...
