Hi all ... I'm brand new to the forum and need some help. I'm the original proud owner of a 1975 Datsun 280Z. I just reached 78,800 miles on it and it is in very good condition with just about all original equipment except for a 5-speed transmission, radiator, brake master cylinder, radio, tires and rims. I just moved the car to Kingsland, GA.about 30 minutes away from Jacksonville, Fl. Unfortunately I've not had any success in finding a good mechanic nearby who's not going to experiment with the car when I need to have repair done. Can anyone suggest a Z specialist in my general area I can trust and hand my car over to, trusting that they'd know what's needed when recommending any repair and replacement parts. Thanks for the help.

Hey bud, welcome to the forum, and welcome to Kingsland...or I would say Jax. Probably in the Navy by the takes. Anyways my wife used the shop below and they are excellent and straight to the point on her 1993 300ZX. They are good people.

I lived in Jax for 5 years and had a z32 I took there for the 4 years that I owned her. Those guys are great, always did a great job and were like family.

Hi all ... thanks for the reference to the Z auto repair shop on Cocoa Ave in Jacksonville. Mark and his son Adam are two honest and great guys who have done a fabulous job servicing my 1975-Z so far. I still have a few more trips to make to their shop to get my ride in tip top shape. While a rather long 43 miles from my residence in Georgia, it's been well worth it. Thanks very much again to UhhOhhh and Sarah.
