Infiniti has extended the Infiniti New Vehicle Limited Warranty for the Wood Door Trim for certain MY 2007–2008 G35 Sedan, 2009 G37 Sedan, 2008-2009 G37 Coupe, 2009 G37 Convertible, 2008-2009 EX35, 2007-2010 M35, 2007-2010 M45, 2009 FX35, and 2009 FX50 vehicles to 8 years/unlimited mileage. All other warranty terms, limitations and conditions otherwise apply.
Vehicles eligible for the warranty extension can be confirmed via SERVICE COMM. When an eligible vehicle is presented for service please check the Warranty Information Booklet (WIB) to verify that a warranty extension label has already been applied to the front cover. If not, ask the client if they have the label sent to them for this purpose, and if so, apply it to the front cover of the WIB on their behalf. Additionally, affix a label to the front cover of the WIB in eligible vehicles in your inventory, if not already labeled.
CAUTION: Because this warranty extension applies to certain Infiniti vehicles, as noted above, special care must be taken to attach labels only to Warranty Information Booklets for eligible vehicles. Eligibility must be confirmed in SERVICE COMM.
A supply of labels will be shipped to all retailers. Additional labels may be ordered from IMS. Retailers can order from IMS by logging on to NNAnet.com and clicking on “Dealer Materials Ordering”, or by calling 1 800 247-5321 and specifying the Claims Bulletin Reference number IWBI/10-029.
