Piston count has nothing to do with braking torque.
Pad area, piston area, rotor diameter (outside and swept area) do.
For instance, if you have 2 calipers, one of them is a 2" piston diameter, single piston sliding caliper and the other is a 4 piston caliper with 1" diameter pistons, the single piston caliper will actually end up having 2x the clamping force of the 4 piston caliper. On the same size rotor, the sliding caliper would have 2x the braking torque.
That being said, if the outside of that caliper is an indicator on the size of the pistons, I think they are probably too large for the 240. You would definitely end up with some crazy front brake bias that would make your stopping distance longer.
Not to mention you probably need at least 19s to tuck those calipers.
