Will 97 q45t front shocks fit on a 98 q45 base?

well front shocks on my sisters 1998 infiniti q45 base are blown. i cant locate any new front shocks but heres a 1997 q45t out in the junk yard. will the front shocks fit on the 98 base model? also can i just pull the shocks or do i have to pull the complete hub and all?

Used shocks are a crapshoot at best,very likely in similar or worse condition than the ones you already have on your own car.....and the amount of effort to swap them makes it a poor gamble.

where do i find them new? seems like no one carries these damn shocks. and if they do it costs an arm and a leg WTH?

its 9 bucks from the junk yard so it might be worth a shot plus i can always return them but wanna know if they fit or not?

They will fit as long as the parts you are looking at do not have electronically adjustable damping rates-forgot if the 98qT had them or not?

I agree, unless you're going to do the work yourself the junk yard stuff is going to be shot. There isn't a 97' Q45 on the road with workable suspension. Either buy new or hook up BC Coilovers.
