Why doesn’t the service manual indicate when you need to service the 7speed automatic transmission, when to change the power steering fluid, differential fluids, and brake fluids or change drive belts?

It first mentions to change the engine coolant at 60K but after that every 30K so at 90k 120k.

I would just like to know when I should change replace these fluids?

If you have a 7 speed auto read the footnotes

Did you read the 60k mile service page?

On my previous 06 G35 the belts were replaced the same time the plugs were replaced at 106k miles alsong with the coolent.

Thank you for the reply. I did read the foot note but still confused when does the 7 speed need servicing?

I don't think it does but have you asked the service manager?
I drive a stick so I don't have that issue

I have asked two service advisors and they stated it's sealed and requires no service, The dealer told me my ATF was dirty at 30K but there is no dipstick so how do you check ATF?

They really don't want "normal" consumers messing with it. You can check it by the drain/fill port on the side of the tranny. Check out the FSM for more info (link in my sig)

I think your dealer is looking at your car as a profit center. Unless it has bee driven really hard or has been towing things, at 30k the fluid should be fine.
