I am planning to replace the front rotors soon. Where can I safely place jack stands on the M35?

The jacking points are a safe bet, if you have room. Otherwise, where the control arms mount to the frame is ok as well (just make sure the jackstand saddle is on the frame and the control arm is allowed to hang freely.

The problem with the jacking points as usual is that I need to use them to lift the car. So I"ll look for the control arms. Thanks.

You can also place the stands on the "frame rails" (they're not really frame rails). They run front to rear along the underside. Place your jackstands fairly far forward, about 6" back of where it starts curving upward to the firewall.

Good! :dblthumb:

As always, when crawling under the car, it is essential to be concerned about safety! Too easy to kill yourself if the car rolls off the jack stands for whatever reason.
