where are these butterfly screws?

where are these butterfly screws located on a 2002 spec v?

wish i had pics; search some you should be able to find them.

On the intake side, if you take the tops off you'll see some gold-ish circular plates inside the intake that can "flip" open and closed.

These are the butterfly valves

and the screws that are holding them in place (albeit inadequitly) are the butterfly valve screws.

Have fun!

It's an easy thing to change, the bolts on the strut bars can be a bit tight (nissan tight even), but overall it's a pretty quick and easy thing to do.

Yes. All QR25 powered vehicles are subject to the butterfly screw issue.
